Your information, and how I look after it.

I'm Joe Nichols, and I run Joe's Las Vegas Park Tours as a one-person business here in Las Vegas, Nevada. This page explains what I collect when you reach out to book a tour, why I collect it, and who I share it with. In plain terms: I only ask for what I need to run your tour, and I don't sell your information to anyone.

What I collect

When you send a booking request, the form asks for your name, email address, phone number, the tour and date you want, how many guests, your hotel or pickup location, your preferred payment method, and any notes you choose to add. You give me this information directly, and it comes to me by email.

When you browse the site, some information is collected automatically to help me understand how the site is used and fix what isn't working: your approximate location (from your IP address), device and browser type, the pages you visit, and how you move through them. I use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for this. Clarity may record anonymized playback of general interactions (clicks, scrolling) to show where visitors get stuck; it is set to mask text you type.

How I use it

To reply to your request and confirm your tour date.
To coordinate your pickup and text you the night before and morning of.
To send you the right payment details once your tour is confirmed.
To keep basic records of past and upcoming bookings.
To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.

I do not use your information for advertising, and I do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Who I share it with

I only share information with the services that make the site and my booking process work:

FormSubmit delivers the booking form to my inbox. Your form details pass through their service on the way to me.
Google Calendar powers the live availability shown on the booking page.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity provide the anonymized usage data described above.
Payment apps (PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle) process any payment you choose to send. You send payment directly through their apps, so their privacy policies apply, and I never see or store your full card or bank details.

I may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect safety.

Cookies and analytics choices

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity use cookies and similar technology to measure site usage. If you'd rather not be measured, you can:

Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
Turn on your browser's "Do Not Track" or global privacy signal, which I honor where supported.

How long I keep it

I keep your booking details for as long as I need them to run your tour and keep reasonable business records, and no longer than necessary. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just email me at [email protected] or call 563-570-0890. If you're a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information I collect, request that I delete it, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. I don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of on that front.

Children

My tours are family-friendly and kids are welcome on the tour, but this website isn't directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them online. A parent or guardian books the tour.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with me. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so I can't promise perfect security, but I treat your details carefully and share them only as described above.

Changes to this policy

If I change how I handle information, I'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
